General Event Information

  • BE SAFE & COURTEOUS: We want everyone to have a FUN & Safe weekend! Please be Phrendly and respect your neighbors! Please also be respectful of the facility and be mindful that damage costs $$ and whatever you leave behind someone else has to pick-up after you are gone.
  • SECURITY: Overall we try to create a laid back environment where everyone can have fun and enjoy themselves. We try not to bother people as long as they are respectful and follow our rules.
  • DOORS OPEN: This year doors open Friday, February 15th 2013 at 3:00pm to allow people time to set-up their campsites.
  • Music Starts at 5:00pm
  • READMISSION: 3 day pass holders are allowed to re-enter if they leave. Therefore, if you are local and would like to go home no problem. If you are a traveler and would like to stay at a hotel instead of camping you may do so. However, please do not drink and drive. Aside from the fact that you will probably get caught, it is dangerous and unwise. If you drink too much please stay at the Venue. This is one reason we are offering indoor camping!
  • SUNDAY: There will be a full day of music on Sunday. Camping WILL be allowed on Sunday night.
  • ONE DAY TICKETS: We are not offering one day tickets this year. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  • There will be 2 stages, one in each of the large music halls. The music halls are attached to the camping area. Therefore you will not have to walk outside in the cold to get from camping to music. Just walk trough a set of double doors and you are there.
  • CREDIT CARDS: Credit cards WILL be accepted. However, there will be a credit card fee added to every credit card purchase.
  • FOOD & DRINK: You may bring your own food if you wish. Food will also be available for purchase at the event. Outside drinks of any kind are not permitted. You may bring an EMPTY water bottle to fill at the event. Beverages will also be available for purchase during event. We will have draft beer, flavored alcoholic beverages, soda, bottled water, sports drinks (Gatorade) and energy drinks.
  • COOLERS: Small coolers with food are allowed. However, OUTSIDE beverages ARE NOT PERMITTED.
  • BATHROOMS: There are two large bathrooms onsite (one attached to the camping area and one attached to the music areas).
  • SHOWERS: There are NO showers on-site at this time.
  • GAIT CRASHERS: There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for gate crashers. We will have multiple security measures in place to monitor and eliminate any unpaid entry. Anyone caught trying to sneak in or helping someone do so will be asked to leave without a refund and will not be allowed back into the facility. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this. You will be caught if you try. We have a thorough security plan. We believe our ticket prices are fair ($2 per band for 3 day pass) and will not tolerate gait crashing. It is not worth ruining your weekend. Be smart. Don’t try it!
  • OUTSIDE DRINKS: NO outside drinks allowed. You may bring an EMPTY water bottle to fill.
  • PETS: NO pets please. No pets are allowed inside the venue. We love animals and hope that you do too. That is why we are asking you not to bring pets and leave them in your car either. That would just be foolish. It is way too cold outside in Illinois during the winter months!
  • NO stoves, grills or flammable liquids inside, no open flame in camping area, no loud radios in camping/sleeping area.
  • SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE CAMPING AREA! We understand it is your right to smoke and this is why we will have designated smoking exits for you to use to smoke outside. If you are caught smoking in the camping area you will be asked to leave without a refund. This is for everyone’s safety. The risk of fire would be too great if we were to allow smoking in the camping area not to mention there is an Illinois law prohibiting any smoking indoors at public facilities.
  • Things to bring: sleeping gear (small fire resistant tent, blow up mattress, sleeping bags, etc..), party toys (glow sticks, hula hoops, hand drums, etc…), food, empty water bottle (no outside drinks allowed. You may bring an empty water bottle to fill. There will be free water available throughout the venue).
  • Things NOT to bring: Animals, weapons, grills, LARGE tents, beverages, anything illegal or dangerous.
  • Drum Circle: There will be a scheduled drum circle during the festival. People are encouraged to bring their hand drums and participate. We are asking band members to participate as well!
  • KIDS: Kids 10 and under are free with a paid adult. Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have infants please bring ear-plugs with you. Loud noises can damage a young child’s ears.
  • Obviously you must be 21 y/o to drink
  • AIRPORTS: For peeps that plan on flying the closest airport is Peoria International Airport (PIA), which is about 10 miles away. The next closest is Central Illinois Regional Airport (CIRA), which is about 35 miles away.
